We need:
Small and medium-sized food producers: vegetables, eggs and chickens, pigs, general meats, fish, fruit and any other
Large producers who want to help and advise
Compost and animal manure producers
Dehydrated or other long shelf-life product suppliers
Any providers of good ideas or help
Expectations rather than conditions
There are no conditions or rules, only an expectation of openness and generosity, and a hope that members leave, or keep, any dogmas or doctrines outside the group and embrace the individuality and independence that the group is trying to express, including freedom of thought and rejection of social or moral absolutism.
If it and groups like it are to work, sharing, including the giving to others of surpluses, has to begin within the group and its neighbourhood, in the first instance, as this is the only way that individual communities can survive and flourish - a re-discovery of neighbourliness. This includes sharing surpluses with those with little or nothing to give in return. This need not stop exchanging within the group or trading in the larger market.
Important point
Unless, or until, it is clear that applicants or others interested in learning more are either food producers or committed preppers, no information will be given about the personal details of the author or other group members. This applies also to the media. The reasons should be obvious. Those preparing for the coming emergency are not willing to advertise their preparedness to those who cannot be bothered to prepare.
